I am an Engineering Leader driven by a passion for building transformative technology and scaling world-class engineering organizations. Currently, I serve as an Engineering & Program Leader at CARIAD (Volkswagen Group), where I lead strategic initiatives across next-generation automotive software, connected vehicle ecosystems, and digital mobility platforms. I own end-to-end engineering delivery—from system architecture and platform integration to production deployment—powering software-defined vehicle programs at global scale.

In this role, I drive cross-functional execution across distributed teams spanning Europe and India, leading complex programs valued at multi-million-euro budgets. I oversee engineering organizations of 40+ specialists, suppliers, and system partners, ensuring seamless alignment between OEM product vision, cybersecurity, diagnostics, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

My leadership directly contributes to production vehicle platforms, enabling scalable, software-first mobility solutions that impact millions of drivers worldwide. I specialize in transforming complex automotive architectures into structured delivery models—accelerating time-to-market while preserving enterprise-grade quality and safety.

Prior to CARIAD, I held engineering leadership roles at Elektrobit Automotive, Aptiv Poland, Magneti Marelli India where I led large automotive embedded and diagnostics programs for global OEM clients. I managed multi-supplier ecosystems, drove ECU software integrations, and delivered ASPICE-compliant platforms in highly regulated development environments. Earlier in my career, at Robert Bosch Bangalore, I built my foundation in global automotive engineering delivery—leading distributed development teams, managing stakeholder programs, and executing mission-critical diagnostics and vehicle communication initiatives across international markets.
